You will be required to bring the following to games:
2. PLAYER ID CARDS: Current Affinity 2009/2010 Player ID Cards. Each player must have a properly signed and laminated USYS Identification card. The ID card must be properly prepared, laminated and contain the proper information – name, date of birth, ID number, Team Code and Team Name. The card must also have a recent photo of the individual and be signed by both the Local or Member Association Registrar and the holder of the card.
4. ADULT PARTICIPATION PASSES: All adults must have a current 2009/2010 (BLUE) Adult Participation Pass confirming they are properly registered and have cleared the required background check. Four adults per team will be alowed on the team sideline during games. Any adult not listed on the roster or written in on the game card that does not have an adult participation pass visible will not allowed on the sideline. THE ADULT PARTICIPATION PASS WILL BE CHECKED AT THE FIELDS DURING THE GAMES!!!
